The Los Angeles Clippers are set to be up against the Denver Nuggets for the third game of the NBA Playoffs 2025 first-round series. After the first two games of the seven-game series at Ball Arena in Denver, action will now head to Intuit Dome, Inglewood, California for Game 3 and Game 4. The series is tied 1-1 at the moment and both teams will eye getting the upper hand in the forthcoming game.

The Nuggets opened the series with a 112-110 win over their counterparts, owing to Nikola Jokic’s 29 points, nine rebounds, and 12 assists. After recording an early setback, the Clippers bounced back and took down the counterparts 105-102 to even the series. It would be a critical third game, where the Clippers would want to make the most of their home-court advantage and secure a lead in the series.

The Denver Nuggets have listed DaRon Holmes II out of Game 3 with right achilles tendon repair. Holmes missed the entire 2024-25 season as he continues recovering from the torn right Achilles tendon. On the other hand, they have listed Michael Porter Jr. questionable with left shoulder sprain that he suffered at the end of a 105-102 loss in Game 2.
