Get to know all about Liv Morgan's injury.
WWE superstars have to put their bodies at risk every night they step inside the ring. These risks pay great dividends but also take a toll on their bodies. Liv Morgan has been having a rough few weeks since the addition of Roxanne Perez to Judgment Day. She lost to Kairi Sane and then lost the chance to qualify for the Queen of the Ring tournament semifinals.
Liv Morgan has received constant disrespect and threats from other WWE members that the man she stole would be stolen by Roxanne Perez. Nikki Bella was the first to point it out, and Iyo Sky did it today. She had a chance to make everything right tonight with her match against Kairi Sane. She asked Raquel to be by her side, but the latter was all too banged up after her Queen of the Ring semifinal qualification match.
Liv Morgan dislocated her shoulder during her match against Kairi Sane. She had to leave the ring with the medical team, and Kairi Sane was announced the winner. The match just started when Liv Morgan advanced at Kairi Sane, and the latter dodged. Liv Morgan was falling face-first on the ring, but she used her hand to save herself, and the jerk dislocated her right shoulder.
Liv Morgan’s injury might seem a cover to write her off the ongoing script, but it is very legitimate. Michael Cole cleared the air about her injury and stated that she has dislocated her shoulder, as confirmed by the medical staff. It has now been confirmed that Liv Morgan’s injury was worse than anyone expected and she will undergo surgery now
A full assessment of her shoulder revealed that the extent of the injury was way worse than initially expected. She will undergo surgery and will be out of WWE for the rest of 2025. A severe dislocation might take 16 weeks to recover, and a surgically repaired shoulder takes even more. She will have to relinquish her tag team title.
