Lionel Messi has committed his future to Inter Miami CF by signing a three-year contract extension. The new deal is set to keep the Argentine ace in South Florida through the end of the MLS 2028 season. The deal shows his dedication to the club as they prepare to move into their new stadium soon.

This extension will align his playing career with the opening of the club’s new home venue, planned for 2026. Messi arrived at the club in mid-2023. Since then, Messi has helped transform the club both on and off the pitch. The team lifted the 2023 Leagues Cup and the 2024 Supporters’ Shield
