The WNBA season is moving fast after the All-Star Break. The short interval barely gave the All-Star participants time to breathe. But now is the time to bring out your best to make a strong push towards the playoffs.

You bet we will see that attitude when the New York Liberty (16-6) takes on the Phoenix Mercury (15-8). Game’s greatest, like Sabrina Ionescu, Alyssa Thomas, and Breanna Stewart, will show what makes the superstars. Thus, here is a look at the player props for this blockbuster showdown.

Ionescu is having her streakiest season in a while. She is either making a bunch of shots or missing a heap of them. Still, an 18.4 PPG implies she is one of the best guard scorers in the league. However, she will certainly like to improve her 37.7% shooting.

The guard hasn’t crossed 15 in three straight games. So, isn’t she due for a big game here? The bookmakers are leaning in that direction, and so am I. Remember, she has scored just 9 and 16 in the two encounters against the Mercury. But I’d still I’d go “over” in this case, too.

Fiebich is a crucial part of the defending champs’ set-up. She has been in terrific rhythm since coming back from EuroBasket. The guard has 12.5 PPG, including a season-high 21 points masterclass.

She has scored 15 or more in three of the last four games. I expect her to continue being a big factor and score at least 10 against the Mercury. Thus, going for “over” may be the safest of the three bets.

Kahleah Copper Props

Copper is averaging 15.7 PPG, but the number is inflated due to a 33-point performance. Apart from that, she has figured in the 11-15 points range. Copper had a rather average outing against the Liberty during the last occasion, scoring 12 points in a 106-91 win.

She shot 5/14 from the field and committed 4 turnovers. The projected mark of 13.5 points here is just about right. I’d expect her to go just “Over” the mark despite a so-so 10-point in the last game against the Atlanta Dream.

Alyssa Thomas Props

Thomas has been one of the best all-around players in the league. She is one of the quirkiest scorers with that unique one-handed push shot. But more than that, her rebounding and playmaking make the Mercury an amazing two-way team.

In terms of rebounds, she is averaging 7.5 RPG, clearing 8 or more boards in three of the last five games. I expect her to go “Over” the rebounds mark here.
