Lakers vs Jazz: Will Luka Doncic play tonight?

Gulshan Sharma

Luka Doncic is listed as questionable in the Lakers' injury report for Saturday's game.

Los Angeles Lakers (31-19) will lock horns against one of the league-worsts Utah Jazz (12-39) in the first of the two matchups on Monday night. Los Angeles are pumped up after a 124-117 win over Indiana Pacers, thanks to Austin Reaves’ career-high 45 points.

LA Lakers are 9-1 in their last 10 games and have gone 2-0 in their three-game homestand. The Purple and Gold moved to fifth in the West, two games behind fourth-placed Houston Rockets.

On the flip note, the Utah Jazz will play their last away fixture before going on a nine-game homestand. The Jazz dropped two straight games after a 131-128 win over the Warriors on Feb. 05. They are 2-11 since Jan. 15 and are on an eight-game road losing streak.

Lakers have reportedly recalled Bronny James from the G-League and the rookie guard is listed doubtful on the injury report. Maxi Kleber (right foot fracture), Christian Wood (left knee surgery) and Cam Reddish (personal) remain sidelined from the contest.

For the Jazz, Collin Sexton suffered a left ankle sprain in Monday’s game against the Pacers, and he will be re-evaluated in one week. Taylor Hendricks (injury) and KJ Martin (recently traded) will also be out.
