Kevin Owens Injury Update: What happened to Kevin Owens?

Kevin Owens got brutally injured during a ladder match against Cody Rhodes in a Ladder match

Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes turned enemies when Cody helped Roman Reigns at Badblood. K.O. and Cody Rhodes have been at each other’s throats ever since. Both men have created new ways to hurt one another. The hatred has grown fold with every move one played on the other. Kevin has been so deranged that he tried to end every superstar’s career that he fights with a Package Piledriver while Cody has been saving them all.

It started when Kevin Owens performed a pile driver on Randy Orton. Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens fought each other at Saturday Night Main Event. The former retained his title but K.O. performed a package pile driver on him. Kevin Owens took the Winged Eagle Championship and has been calling him a Champion ever since.

What happened to Kevin Owens?

Kevin Owen was busted open during a fight with Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed title. It went from bad to worse when he tried to deliver a Package Piledriver to Cody but the latter countered it with an Alabama Slam over the ladder. Kevin Owens went through the ladder and fainted in the same position he landed. The officials entered the arena and checked on him but he was unmoved. He gained consciousness but was bleeding all over his face.

When will Kevin Owens be back?

WWE is yet to give a word about his return but it seems that Kevin Owens will be out of WWE for a while now. Sami Zayn was by his side when he gained consciousness but Kevin Owens was in no shape to compete again anytime soon. He had cuts all over his face. He went through a lot throughout the match and to make it worse, he lost the match as well.

Officials are yet to confirm the date of his return but Nick Aldis seemed very concerned upon looking at the superstar. We will update you as soon as we get word from the officials.
