Juventus Gear Up for the 2025 Club World Cup With a Revamped Squad Including Key Players..
The new edition of the FIFA Club World Cup is set to begin on June 14, 2025 and will feature 32 global clubs, out of which, 12 are from Europe. Out of those 12, the Italian giants Juventus makes the cut from Italy along with Inter Milan. The Turin-based club qualified due to UEFA’s 4-year ranking system.
Thiago Motta was their manager until March 23 when he was replaced by Igor Tudor. They finished fourth in Serie A, were the quarter-finalists in Coppa Italia, semi-finalists in Supercopa Italiana and were knocked out in knockout phase play-offs of the UCL.

Juventus have been drawn into Group G along with Manchester City, Wydad AC and Al Ain. They will begin their tournament against Al Ain on June 18 at the Audi Field in Washington DC. With two teams set to qualify for the knockout stages, they will have to fight hard to progress.

Juventus have a decent chance of progressing to the knockout stages of the competition and they have a skilled team to make it possible. The Serbian striker has been the club’s top scorer in the 2024/25 season, albeit scoring only 15 goals. He will be hungry for more goals in the CWC.

On loan from PSG, the French forward’s loan period was extended by Juve for the CWC. He was the second-top scorer for the Italian side in 2024/25.
The French central midfielder was one of Juve’s best creators for 2024/25, providing 6 assists. He will be their key in the midfield battles.
The Turkish left winger is a young talent who will be quite instrumental for the team while attacking. He had 9 goals and 7 assists in the 2024-25 season.
The transfer window has opened only a few days. And Juventus did not delay to make the deals permanent of some players who were already playing for them on loan. Here are those players who have also been included in the Juventus squad for the Club World Cup –
After spending 2024-25 on loan from Fiorentina in Juventus, the Argentine winger has now made the permanent switch ahead of the CWC. He has now been included in the squad.

Kalulu, just like Gonzalez, had spent the 2024-25 season with Juve on loan from AC Milan. He was then bought permanently at the start of this transfer window.
Another player on loan who was bought ahead of the Club World Cup is Di Gregorio. Included in the squad for the tournament, he could replace Perin between the posts.
