Chase‘s exceptional outings against the Ravens have set new benchmarks in NFL history. He accumulated 431 receiving yards in these two matchups, the highest ever recorded by a single player against one opponent in a single season.
This feat eclipses the previous record of 428 yards set by Art Powell of the Oakland Raiders against the Houston Oilers in 1963.
In the first encounter, Chase recorded 10 receptions for 193 yards and two touchdowns, totaling 44.8 PPR fantasy points. In the subsequent game, he elevated his performance with 12 receptions for 238 yards and three touchdowns, amassing 55.4 PPR points.
This latter performance marked the second-highest PPR point total by any player in the 2024 season, trailing only Jauan Jennings’ 46.5 points against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3.
Chase’s 55.4 PPR points in a single game not only highlight his individual prowess but also underscore his consistency in delivering high-caliber performances. He became the first player in NFL history to surpass 50 fantasy points in a game on three separate occasions, solidifying his status as a premier fantasy football asset.
Comparatively, other top-tier receivers have not matched Chase’s output against the Ravens over the entire season. Mike Evans, Tyreek Hill, A.J. Brown, Deebo Samuel, and Davante Adams have all posted impressive numbers, yet none have reached the 96.7 PPR points Chase achieved in just two games.
