Attack on Jade Cargill will rile up Naomi, Ria Ripley and Bianca Belair
In a shocking turn of events on Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill was found injured backstage. The WWE Women’s Tag Team champ was taken out in an Ambulance. Her partner Bianca Belair was by her side. To the surprise of everyone, the attack took place just before the 2024 Survivor Series: WarGames.
Bianca Belair was in a triple-threat match with Blair Davenport and Chelsea Green when Jade Cargill was shown attacked backstage. It forced Bianca to pull out of the match to help her Tag team partner. Chelsea Green took advantage and pinned Blair Davenport to win the first round of the Women’s United State Title.
It will be hard to say whether or not Jade Cargill will be able to return for her Survivor Series match. Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair joined forces with Ria Ripley, Naomi, and Iyo Sky in a brawl that unfolded on the last Monday Night Raw episode.
Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Candice LeRae come together for the match against them at the Survivor Series. Ria has a long-term feud with Liv Morgan and Iyo Sky earned a title opportunity against Liv. Naomi’s feud with Nia and Belair, and Jade’s eyes on the WWE women’s championship made the champions join forces.
The sudden attack has only spiced up the rivalry between the two teams. The only ones getting an advantage from the attack are their opponents at the Survivor Series. It can be assumed that the attack was planned by Liv Morgan and Nia Jax.
The official verdict about Jade Cargill’s injury will decide whether she will compete at the 2024 Survivor Series. One name that could replace her in case she is deemed unfit to participate is Bayley given her friendship with Naomi.
