Paige Bueckers' Injury Status
The Dallas Wings are all set to travel to Minnesota to face the league leaders on Monday. However, plenty of concerns remain with the overall fitness of the roster, which also includes Paige Bueckers.
The Wings are also coming off a seven-game losing streak in their recent performances. Their most recent defeat occurred against the Atlanta Dream, who controlled three out of the four quarters in the contest, securing a 100-78 victory. The Wings have little to play for, since they are already out of the playoffs race.
Questions remain around the fitness of their star rookie, Paige Bueckers. If the Wings stand any chance whatsoever against the Minnesota Lynx, it will depend on having Bueckers active on the court. Without their star guard, Dallas’ creativity suffers big time.

The 23-year-old is listed questionable ahead of the Lynx matchup on Monday. Paige Bueckers was also out recently due to illness and made her comeback against the Atlanta Dream last week.
However, her latest injury revolves around a calf issue. The Dallas Wings’ management is skeptical regarding her participation, and they will take no chances with their best player in a no-stakes game.
Bueckers’ return timeline stays under wraps for now, however fans can anticipate seeing her at least once prior to the regular season concluding. After today’s game, the Dallas Wings will face the Golden State Valkyries, and the LA Sparks.
