WNBA Injury Report and Predicted Starting Lineups Minnesota Lynx vs Dallas Wings- Wings Release Longest Injury Report of the Season Ahead of Monday-Night Encounter

Garima Ranawat

Dallas Wings are out of the playoff contention, while the Lynx have clinched the top seeding.

The Minnesota Lynx are set to welcome the Dallas Wings at Target Center, Minneapolis, on Monday, September 1. The Lynx, after becoming the first team to secure a 2025 WNBA playoffs berth, secured the top seed in the standings. The Dallas Wings, on the other hand, are out of playoff contention. They are seeded at the bottom of the standings with an embarrassing 9-31 win-loss record.

Dallas is on a seven-game losing skid, and has suffered nine defeats in the last ten games. In its most recent fixture, it suffered a 100-78 loss to the Atlanta Dream. Minnesota, on the flip side, defeated the Connecticut Sun 94-70 in a lopsided encounter at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday. With the win, the Lynx set a franchise record for victories in a single season that helped them lock up the WNBA’s top playoff seed.

The upcoming game is going to be the last seasonal meeting between the best and the worst performing teams of the 2025 WNBA.

While the outcome of the fixture is predictable, the Wings would want to end their losing skid and win a maximum of their four remaining games.
