Danielle Collins came through comfortable victories against Osorio and Erjavec. She participated in a couple of grass-court events before the Wimbledon but failed to perform. She made into the second week of the Wimbledon last year but this time, she has to beat the former No. 1 player. Collins overcame Swiatek in their most recent meeting in Rome Masters on a clay surface which is the fortress of the Polish ace.
