Hornets vs Lakers injury report: Big updates on Brandon Miller and Rui Hachimura’s status ahead of tonight’s game

Anthony Davis and LeBron James are probable for Saturday’s game.

Los Angeles Lakes (25-18) will lock horns against Charlotte Hornets (12-30) for the first time in the regular season. The Lakers will continue their six-game road trip after a 118-108 win over the Warriors.

The Lakers are on a three-game winning streak and their recent performance gives them a slight advantage over the Hornets, who enter the fixture with a 31-point blowout win over the Pelicans. It will also be the first NBA game to be broadcast in Charlotte on public television in 17 years.

Charlotte Hornets have listed four players on the injury report. Tre Mann (Disc Irritation), Brandon Miller (Wrist) and Grant Williams (ACL) are out. Cody Martin, who was probable in last game, is also listed out due to core tightness.

LaMelo Ball’s status has been upgraded and he is off the Hornets’ injury report along side Mark Williams.

  • Jalen Hood-Schifino (G): Out
  • Rui Hachimura (PF): Questionable
  • Gabe Vincent (PG): Questionable

Anthony Davis (right calf soreness) and LeBron James (left foot issue) are probable for Saturday’s game, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports. Rui Hachimura is listed as questionable after a calf injury. Power guard, Gabe Vincent (knee) is also questionable.

Christian Wood (left knee surgery), and Jalen Hood-Schifino (hamstring) remain sidelined. Bronny James will be unavailable for his G-League assignment with South Bay Lakers. Jarred Vanderbilt returned to the lineup after multiple surgeries in the offseason.
