“He Has A Lot Of Cameras” – Francis Ngannou Goes Off On Dana White After Physical Altercation Accusations

Francis Ngannou and Dana White’s relationship has been complicated for years. The former UFC heavyweight champion left the promotion in 2023 after contract negotiations fell apart spectacularly. Ngannou wanted better fighter pay, healthcare benefits, and the ability to box on the side. White refused to budge on those demands, leading to one of the biggest free agent departures in UFC history. Since then, both men have taken shots at each other through media appearances and interviews. The tension between them never really disappeared, it just simmered under the surface waiting for the next controversy.

Recently, Dana White appeared on Andrew Schulz’s Flagrant podcast and dropped some serious allegations about Francis Ngannou’s behavior. White claimed that Ngannou once got physical with him in his office after being denied a $50,000 fight bonus. He also alleged that Ngannou grabbed UFC Chief Business Officer Hunter Campbell by the collar during another disagreement. Those are heavy accusations that paint Ngannou as aggressive and threatening. Now “He has a lot of cameras” becomes Francis Ngannou’s response as he goes off on Dana White after his accusations of physical altercation, suggesting the UFC president’s story doesn’t match reality.

Francis Ngannou Addresses Dana White’s Claims

Francis Ngannou sat down with Ariel Helwani to address Dana White’s allegations directly. He didn’t get defensive or angry in his response. Instead, Ngannou took a more measured approach mixed with subtle sarcasm that made his point clearly.

“You know, I kind of feel very annoyed to have to be responsible for what people say. Whatever he said, if he’s at peace with it, it’s okay. In his office, that’s what he said, right? Well, I’m sure he has a lot of cameras there.”

That simple observation cuts right through White’s story. The UFC headquarters is one of the most security-conscious buildings in combat sports. Every office almost certainly has surveillance cameras recording constantly for security purposes. If Ngannou really grabbed White aggressively or put hands on him, video evidence would exist proving it happened. The fact that no such footage has been produced or referenced suggests Ngannou is calling White’s bluff.

Furthermore, the former heavyweight champion expressed genuine regret about how things ended up between them. Ngannou came to the UFC with nothing and became heavyweight champion under White’s promotion. They should have celebrated that success together. Instead, they ended up as bitter enemies trading accusations through podcasts.
