Oba Femi delivered an Upper Cut that sent both men flying through the announcer’s table, highlighting his resilience and fighting spirit. Cody Rhodes found an opening when Oba Femi missed a move. He delivered a Cody Cutter, but only earned a two-count. Rhodes delivered an Avalanche Cody Cutter this time, but Oba Femi’s durability could only earn the former a nearfall.

Just when the match was nearing its end, and both superstars had landed devastating blows to one another, Drew McIntyre entered the ring and attacked Cody Rhodes. This forced the referee to end the match in a disqualification. Oba Femi, furious with the interruption, went after Drew McIntyre. Both champions reunited and delivered vicious blows to Drew McIntyre.
