Dominic Mysterio(c) vs. Rusev vs. Penta, Triple Threat For WWE Intercontinental Championship, Prediction and Match Preview

SNME brings the biggest challenge for Dominic Mysterio. Dominic Mysterio is forced to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship in a triple-threat match against Rusev and Penta at SNME. Dominic Mysterio cheated his way to victory for weeks against Penta and Rusev, and a frustrated Adam Pearce made a call that he would defend his title against both of them in a Triple Threat.

This won’t allow Dominic Mysterio to escape his opponents. Dominic Mysterio has managed to retain his title for 194 days with his cunning tactics, along with timely interventions from Los Americanos and El Grande Americano. His two opponents are, however, poles apart. While Rusev relies on sheer strength, Penta is known for blending speed, aerial offense, and a dark charisma that makes him unpredictable.

Will This Be the Final Stand For Dirty Dominic Mysterio?

The triple threat match brings no disqualification rule into play. Unlike other champions, this stipulation would be a blessing in disguise for Dominic Mysterio. With the No Disqualification and No Countout rule, Mysterio’s crew, Los Americanos, can run rampant. Their intervention during the match is almost imminent and will allow them to distract both Penta and Rusev, and even assault them.

Rusev and Penta are both fierce competitors and will surely deliver a brutal match; their desperation to win the title for themselves will always present an opportunity for Dominic Mysterio to capitalize. The rivalry between Penta and Rusev will make them focus on each other rather than Dominic Mysterio, while the latter will be looking for an opportunity to steal a pin.

The outside distraction might help Dominic Mysterio steal someone else’s pin. Penta and Rusev are highly unlikely to work together against Dominic Mysterio and his outside interference, which will be the reason for their downfall in the match

Prediction:

Dominic Mysterio would retain his title in a chaotic masterpiece. Los Americanos’ interruption might prove to be the deciding factor in the match. Outside interruption will send both challengers reeling, allowing Dominic Mysterio to capitalize.
