Ben Vickers Believes That Jack Della Maddalena Is the Complete Package

Ben Vickers is Jack Della Maddalena’s head coach in his MMA career. He recently appeared at Submission Radio where he was asked about Jack Della Maddalena’s upcoming fight. Notably, he studied the Islam Makhachev vs Dustin Poirier fight on his way back from Canada while on the flight. He responded with – 

“I watched a bit of footage of Makhachev, in particular the Poirier fight. You know, I’ve never watched Makhachev before as a potential opponent. I’ve just enjoyed him fighting because he’s brilliant to watch. But I think Jack will knock him out”. 

Ben Vickers also explained that Islam Makhachev cannot take damage well. Dustin Poirier had hit him once in the first jab that Makhachev took made him wince and rub his eyes. Ben Vickers also revealed that he fells that Islam Makhachev has not fought anyone who keeps pushing the pace. Moreover, he also felt that Jack Della Maddalena’s fight against Belal Muhammad was the first warm-up for his fight against Islam Makhachev. He’s very confident in going into the fight against Islam Makhachev because he feels Jack Della Maddalena is the complete package. Jack Della Maddalena’s UFC Career So Far

Jack Della Maddalena is the new Welterweight Champion in the UFC after UFC 315. He achieved this feat by dethroning the former champion Belal Muhammad in the event. Della’s Maddalena’s UFC record has remained undefeated with 8-0-0 so fat. His skills, will and grit inside the Octagon has established himself to be a force to be reckoned with. He has earned four Performance of the Night bonus and two Fight of the Night bonus. Della Maddalena’s overall MMA career has become 18-2-0 after UFC 315.
