Barclays Center reached an unbelievable decibel when Coco Gauff was announced. The American ace created a history when she overcame the world No. 1 in the final after going one-set down. The crowd went crazy for the 2-time Grand Slam champion and Gauff was also delighted after seeing a warm reception.

The American tennis star, Coco Gauff waved her hands with a smile and made a heart gesture for the crowd, who went crazy and cheered for the newly-crowned French Open champion. She enjoyed the complete game and later, received a warm welcome from the players.
Coco met WNBA legend and Liberty star, Sabrina Ionescu, who led all the scorers with 23 points and seven assists. Ionescu gifted the two-time Grand Slam champion a team jersey with ‘Gauff’ written on it. Both stars hugged each other and Gauff said, “Thank you. Great play. So, good to see you again.” Both made a pose for the picture and Gauff showed gratitude with thanks again.

Coco Gauff also met Chicago Sky star, Angel Reese who became the fastest player to reach 30 double-double in the WNBA. The Sky forward scored 17 points and 11 rebounds to reach the mark in her 42nd game. Both stars hugged each other and exchanged some words with smile. Chicago Sky shared a video on ‘X’ captioning with ‘the crossover episode we didn’t know we needed’.
Coco went to her ‘X’ account and shared her emotions after reaching New York City for the WNBA game. “man… thank you new york for all of that love. never felt so seen outside the tennis court. I appreciate you all,” the Roland Garros champion said.
