He made sure CM Punk lost to John Cena at Night of Champions, and the moment CM Punk defeated Gunther to become the World Heavyweight Champion, he ensured his moment was short-lived. He cashed in his MITB contract on him to win the World Heavyweight title.

CM Punk tried to get rid of his nemesis at SummerSlam, and it seemed that he would do it once and for all, but then Seth Rollins revealed his ace card. Becky Lynch delivered a Low Blow to CM Punk and saved her husband from a sure short defeat. Things didn’t stop there as an angry CM Punk called out Seth Rollins on Raw, but guess who came out. Yup, Becky Lynch and she put CM Punk through a Slap Barrage.

CM Punk would never lay hands on a woman, which is when his family got involved. AJ Lee made her return to WWE after 13 years. She took down Becky Lynch. It was announced that these two couples will face each other at Wrestlepalooza.

A Life-Long Battle That Never Seems to Stop

CM Punk & AJ Lee came face-to-face with Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch. The war of words escalated, and AJ Lee slapped Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins refused to lay hands on a woman and asked Becky Lynch to do so. They had an argument, which turned out to be a fluke.
