Chelsea have won seven of the last 10 games against Tottenham Hotspur.
Chelsea will host Tottenham Hotspur in the matchweek 30 of the Premier League. With the club still in the race for a European spot, the London Derby could prove to be a crucial encounter. Dominating this London Derby in the last few years, Chelsea have only lost one game to Tottenham since 2020. Meanwhile, Spurs, who find themselves in the bottom half of the table, will be tested at Stamford Bridge.
Spurs’ manager Ange Postecoglou has had a rough season with the injuries and board management. With the talks of his replacements around, these will be some crucial few weeks for the manager in terms of his future at the North London club.

Chelsea will receive a huge boost in training as Enzo Maresca confirmed the return of Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke and Nicholas Jackson.
Speaking in the pre-match conference, Maresca appreciated this boost as he said:
“Cole is back, he is ok. He is better. Noni is better and Nico is better. They are all good. It is very good [to have them back]. We have said many times, that this is a game for the players and when they are not there or different reasons, you struggle.”
Even though there is no statement of when the following players be back, Maresca seems confident. Keeping his typical 4-2-3-1 formation, Jadon Sancho and Christopher Nkunku are expected to retain their wing positions amid the absentees.
Chelsea Predicted XI: Sanchez; Cucurella, Colwill, Fofana, James; Fernandez, Caicedo; Neto, Palmer, Sancho; Jackson.

Lucas Bergvall who picked up a bag was confirmed to be okay by Ange Postecoglou in his pre-match conference. Talking about his recovery till training, the Australian said:
“Lucas is fine. He had a bit of an illness, picked up a bug, but he got back at the weekend and got straight back into training.”
Tottenham’s boss insisted that it was a healthy international break for them. Addressing how players who haven’t been active got some pitch time, Postecoglou continued :
“It was a good international break for us,”.
“Firstly, obviously one picked up anything, which is important, but also some guys got some game time which we felt was going to be important, guys like (Cristian) Romero, Destiny (Udogie), Matty Tel, Wilson (Odobert) and all these guys who missed a lot of football recently all got some good game time.
Tottenham Hotspur, who have faced injury crisis throughout the season, have undergone changes. With players like Archie Gray playing all over the pitch, the return of their centre-backs might provide some stability.
Tottenham Predicted XI: Vicario; Udogie, Van de Ven, Romero, Porro; Sarr, Bentancur; Son, Bergvall, Johnson; Solanke.
