Rationale and Analysis

The Bills allow the second fewest passing yardages in the NFL this season, at 167.2 pass yards allowed on average. With the Chiefs WR Rashee Rice being a deep threat, we expect the Bills’ secondary to guard Rice heavily, keeping him up 72.5 receiving yards.

We expect Patrick Mahomes to use his arms more in this game, due to their RB Isiah Pacheco being out for the game with an injury. This means that the Chiefs will have to rely on their passing game more often than usual, with Mahomes constantly looking for Worthy, Rice, or Kelce.

James Cook has been one of the driving forces for the Bills’ offense and looking at the Chiefs’ rushing defense, ranking 15th currently, we expect Cook to be highly effective in this game, potentially scoring a TD against the Chiefs.
