First and foremost, quarterback Cam Ward injured his throwing shoulder, suffering an AC joint sprain in Week 18, and is currently undergoing rehab. Ward’s participation in training camp remains questionable at the moment.
Backup signal caller Will Levis missed the entire 2025 season due to an AC joint issue in his throwing shoulder, but he is expected to make a full recovery by training camp.
Wide receiver Calvin Ridley suffered a broken fibula midway through November and missed the rest of the 2025 season. His timeline for recovery is set at 4-6 months, which means he should be ready to go for training camp.

Roster concerns
The Tennessee Titans have made great use of their existing cap space to sign plenty of players, such as wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, tight end Daniel Bellinger, defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers, and cornerbacks Joshua Williams, Alontae Taylor, and Cor’Dale Flott, among multiple others.
That said, the Titans’ roster is still far from being highly competitive. The team still has several needs to build around second-year quarterback Cam Ward. Cornerback L’Jarius Sneed is a health concern and commands a high salary cap. Despite an inflow of talent at the corner, experts still feel the secondary is a concern.
