Bears vs Packers Injury Report: D’Andre Swift Questionable, Rome Odunze Out, and Jordan Love Unspecified

Eric Divakaran

The historic Bears vs Packers rivalry, the NFL’s oldest and most-played series with 211 prior meetings, renews in Week 16 of the 2025 season. The Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) visit the Chicago Bears (10-4) at Soldier Field on Saturday, in a primetime matchup broadcast on FOX.

This marks the 212th all-time clash (including playoffs), where Green Bay holds a slight edge historically. The teams met earlier this season on December 7 at Lambeau FIeld, adding further flair to this late-season divisional battle in the NFC North.

Fans can expect a classic showdown under the lights in Chicago as these storied franchises continue their legendary competition.

The Packers are hit with way too many injuries as the playoffs are getting closer, with 18 players listed on the injury report. The biggest question for Week 16, however, is their running back Josh Jacobs’ availability for the game. He not not available for any of the practice days, and if he’s out, that would be a huge blow for Packers’ chances, who already have Micah Parsons out for the season with an ACL tear.

Will Josh Jacobs Play Against the Chicago Bears?

RB Josh Jacobs is listed as questionable for the game against the Bears, but will try to push his head coach to let him play, despite his knee/ankle injuries.

I cover the National Football League and things cannot get better than that. I always dreamed to play football or basketball professionally since I’m built like a Running Back. But now that I can’t, since I’m technically in the “Unc” age, I thought why not pick a career in sports industry? So here I am, doing what I love, and hoping that the Commanders win the Super Bowl. I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
