Al Nassr Target Bayern Munich Winger Kingsley Coman

Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr have set their sights on Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman and have already begun negotiations with both the club and the player over a summer move. The 29-year-old Frenchman is seen as the club’s primary target for the wing position as they continue to strengthen their squad.

Coman, who has two years remaining on his Bayern contract, is one of the highest earners at the Bundesliga champions. With Bayern potentially open to reshaping their squad, this could be the opportunity to end an eight-year association with the winger, who joined from Juventus in 2015.

Lucrative Offer on the Table for Coman

According to Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, Al Nassr have presented Coman with a lucrative proposal worth between €20 million and €25 million net per season, running until 2028. The Frenchman currently earns around €17 million gross at Bayern, making the Saudi offer a significant pay rise.

While Bayern are aware of Al Nassr’s interest, no official bid has yet been submitted. Negotiations between the clubs have now begun, with Coman still undecided about his future. Saudi clubs have been in contact with the player since March, and Al Nassr are now stepping up their efforts to secure a deal.

If Coman departs, Bayern could move to reinforce their left-wing options, with Paul Wanner and Lennart Karl potentially benefiting from increased opportunities. Wanner has been out on loan with Elversberg and Heidenheim, while Karl is awaiting his first-team breakthrough after impressing in pre-season.

The Frenchman’s exit would also follow the arrival of Luis Díaz from Liverpool in a £65.5 million transfer, which has pushed Coman further down the pecking order. Last season, he scored nine goals as Bayern reclaimed the Bundesliga title, but his role is expected to diminish under the new squad structure.

Al Nassr’s Ambitious Summer

Al Nassr, who finished third in the Saudi Pro League last season, have already made notable moves in the transfer market, including the £43.7 million signing of João Félix from Chelsea. Under new manager Jorge Jesus, the club is determined to challenge for the league title — and landing Coman would be a statement of intent.
