WWE Raw: Jey Uso Saved Sami Zayn’s Career, Stops Seth Rollins’ Crew From Ending It

Jey Uso to the rescue of Sami Zayn again.

Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins once had massive respect for each other. They helped Cody Rhodes complete his story at WrestleMania XL. Seth Rollins’ obsession with CM Punk and Roman Reigns turned him into a bad guy in WWE after WrestleMania 41. The first hurdle he faced after turning heel was Sami Zayn, who was given an option to leave Raw and move to SmackDown or suffer consequences.

Sami chose the latter and has been part of a constant brawl against his crew ever since. Penta also faced the wrath of standing against Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker and has been hellbent on raining on their parade. He cost Bronson Reed an opportunity to qualify for the Semifinals of the King of the Ring tournament. He and Sami Zayn brawled with Bron Breakker when the latter entered the ring with Seth Rollins.

Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker Defeat Sami Zayn and Penta, Try to End Sami’s Career

Sami Zayn and Penta proved to be no match for the brutalization of Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. Though they gave the crowd some unforgettable moments, like Sami Zayn delivering a Vertical Suplex to Bronson Reed after getting brutalized before and during the match. Karrion Kross attacked Sami Zayn backstage so much so that he needed medical attention. Sami Zayn, however, refused to back away from his match.

Penta and Sami Zayn received a brutal beating but made sure to give back nothing less. The brutalization received from Karrion Kross, however, didn’t allow Sami Zayn to attack with full intensity. He delivered an Exploder to Bron Breakker and a Vertical Suplex to Bronson Reed, but then succumbed to a Spear from Bron Breakker. Sami Zayn entered the ring all taped up around his midsection, and Bronson Reed tried to target it with a Tsunami.

Jey Uso came to the rescue and delivered two chair shots to Bron Breakker when he tried to attack Jey Uso. He entered the ring and delivered two Superkicks to Bronson Reed to drive him away from the ring. Bronson Reed’s Tsunami to Sami Zayn might have forced him to be out of WWE for a while, if not forever, but Jey Uso came to his aid and saved him from further brutalization.
