Real Madrid stands tall with a record 15 titles, followed closely by AC Milan with 7, and Liverpool and Bayern Munich, each with 6. Spanish clubs have proven to be the most successful, securing a remarkable 20 titles. England and Italy, respectively, have won 15 and 12 titles, rounding out the top 3 nations.

PSG will come into the UCL 2024/25 finals looking for their first-ever title in history. After the dominating display from Luis Enrique and his side through out the campaign, the French Giants are closer than they’ve ever been to lift their first Champions League trophy.
