Williamson’s latest injury is a significant blow to the Pelicans, who are already struggling this season with just 3 wins in 10 games. The 24-year-old forward has appeared in just six games this season, averaging 23 points, 8 rebounds, and five assists.

While New Orleans has not provided a return date for Zion Williamson, he is expected to be out for an extended period. Hamstring injuries usually take three weeks to eight weeks. However, more severe strains can take up to six months to fully heal.
Given Zion’s history of injuries, the Pelicans are likely taking a cautious approach to ensure he has a full recovery.
