Lawsuit Describes Chilling Allegations from 2020 Relationship

Zion Williamson is facing serious allegations in a lawsuit that includes charges of sexual assault. The New Orleans star is yet to respond to the serious allegations however, his legal team is already on the case.

An ex-partner, identified as Jane Doe, has accused Zion Williamson of rape, kidnapping, and psychological abuse. The duo began dating in 2018 when Zion was still playing for the Duke Blue Devils. However, from the documents obtained by TMZ, Jane has suggested that Zion raped her in 2020 and continued to assault her following several months.

In the lawsuit submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court, Jane Doe has revealed that Zion Williamson’s agent brought her to their Beverley Hill home in on September 23, 2020. She alleges that the NBA star returned that evening and forced himself on her against her will.

Jane Doe claimed she expressed her refusal, citing fatigue and a desire to sleep. However, Zion Williamson pinned her against her will and allegedly raped her. Jane suggested this happened numerous times in their relationship.

According to the lawsuit, Zion allegedly assaulted her again on October 10, 2020, upon learning she was planning a trip to San Diego. He allegedly went on to grab her phone and laptop to stop her from connecting with anyone. Zion Williamson also denied her any medical care that day.

Lawsuit Alleges Gun Threats by Zion Williamson

The criminal lawsuit also claims that Zion Williamson not only repeatedly raped the victim but also pointed a live fire gun at her. In one instance in Louisiana, Zion threatened Jane Doe with a live firearm on her head. He is also believed to do the same at multiple instances through his security guard.

Zion Williamson’s legal team has responded, labeling the allegations as extremely serious and entirely false. They in a statement said, “We take these allegations with the utmost seriousness, and we unequivocally deny them. The allegations contained in the complaint are categorically false and reckless.”

They further claimed that Jane Doe’s lawsuit was financially motivated and lacked factual basis. They suggested that the relationship between her and their client was consensual, which ended years ago. However, no issues were raised during and after the relationship ended.
