The Atlanta Dream enjoyed a solid beginning to the contest, posting a 19-16 advantage in the first quarter of play. They maintained the lead into the end of the first half. It was during that third quarter that things changed.

The Dream scored only six points, while the Aces managed 21 points. The home team attempted a comeback during the final 10 minutes, but the effort came too late as the Las Vegas Aces secured an 81-75 victory.
Jackie Young scored a triple-double consisting of 10 points, 10 assists, and 11 rebounds. A’ja Wilson scored a game-high 34 points. For the Dream, Rhyne Howard and Brionna Jones each scored 19 points.
