Minnesota Lynx will host the New York Liberty in the rematch of the 2024 WNBA Finals. The Liberty overcame the Lynx 3-2 in the WNBA Finals to win the championship. It will be a top-of-the-table clash in the WNBA 2025.

The Lynx are on a five-game homestand and enter the fixture after a 90-86 loss to the Dream. This defeat ended Minnesota’s 13-match winning streak at home. With a 22-5 record, the Lynx are sitting at the top of the WNBA standings. Minnesota are 14-1 at home and it will surely test Liberty’s offensive strength.

On the other hand, New York made a fluent start to the regular season but saw a slight drop in the W/L ratio. With a 17/8 record in the season, the Liberty take the second spot in the WNBA standings.
