A defining matchup awaits at Gainbridge Fieldhouse
The Indiana Fever host a resurgent Seattle Storm at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Tuesday. The Fever have lost ground in their fight for a WNBA playoffs spot after losing two games in a row.
This also comes at the backdrop of a deep injury crisis in Indianapolis. One positive note behind the losses is that the Fever haven’t been defeated big. They have shown fight and character with just a handful of points short.
The Minnesota Lynx registered two victories over the Indiana Fever on Friday and Sunday respectively. In the latest defeat, Napheesa Collier stole the show with a thumping return and 32 points in the bag. Kelsey Mitchell managed 26 points in Sunday’s 84-97 defeat.
