The Dallas Wings are on another losing streak. Things briefly turned positive before the All-Star break, but post-exhibition games, the Wings find themselves struggling yet again. They have lost two consecutive games now, with the recent one against the Las Vegas Aces.

This one turned out to be a high scoring game with both teams scoring big. Paige Bueckers’ absence only worsened the Dallas Wings’ already fragile defense and scoring. They were outsmarted in all four quarters.

The Las Vegas Aces walked away with a dominant 106-80 victory over the struggling Wings on their home floor. Jackie Young scored 24 and Jewell Loyd scored 20 points for them. While for the Wings, Arike Ogunbowale was the top scorer with 18 points.

The New York Liberty suffered a shock loss against the Los Angeles Sparks at the death. Rickea Jackson sealed the upset with a buzzer-beating jumper to clinch a 101-99 victory. It was Sabrina Ionescu that stole the show with 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists.
