Will Giannis Antetokounmpo play today against Knicks? Latest injury update on Bucks’ star

Swati Bhatia

The Milwaukee Bucks have few injury concerns ahead of their crucial matchup against New York Knicks on Sunday.

The Milwaukee Bucks will look to take revenge for their home defeat when they face the New York Knicks on Sunday, with both teams entering the game in contrasting forms since their last meeting in November.

Back then, the Knicks handed the Bucks a 116-94 drubbing, which was Milwaukee’s seventh defeat in their last eight games.

Karl-Anthony Towns was the star for the visitors with 32 points, 11 rebounds and five assists.

Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo had 24 points and 12 rebounds, and Damian Lillard had 19 points but it was not enough to get the home team over the line.

However, things are slightly different now.

Since that painful defeat, the Bucks have rebounded, going 18-9 in their last 27 games. They are currently riding a two-game win streak and seem to be finding their groove.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have struggled in recent times, securing just one win in their last five outings. They enter this contest on the back of a heavy 126-101 loss to the Western Conference leaders Oklahoma City Thunder.
