The 2025 WNBA All-Star Game was played between Team Clark and Team Collier on Saturday night in Indianapolis. The captain led from the front as Team Collier defeated Team Clark 151-131 in the 2025 All-Star Game. This game was a high-scoring affair due to full of 4-point shots. Caitlin Clark was not participating in the game due to a groin injury but she was cheering her squad during the game.

Team Collier broke the previous record of 143 set by Team Stewart in 2023 for the most points in an All-Star Game. It also remains the biggest aggregate number for any All-Star Game.

Minnesota Lynx star, Napheesa Collier was named the 2025 WNBA All-Star MVP for her impressive shooting skills. The captain highlighted a 36-point performance with nine rebounds and one assist. She also broke Arike Ogunbowale’s previous record of 34 points scored last year.

It was Collier’s first All-Star MVP award and it came on her captaincy debut in the event. The 28-year-old forward made her 5th appearance in the All-Star Game. Collier was also named the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup MVP in 2024 when she led Minnesota Lynx to championship.

Collier got support from the other starters Nneka Ogwumike, Breanna Stewart, Paige Bueckers and Allisha Gray. Collier dropped two back-to-back four-pointers in the second quarter to extend her team’s lead to 22 points. When Collier waited to get her MVP trophy the crowd chanted “Pay them more.”
