Joy Taylor is in hot water after being named in sexual harassment lawsuit.

Fox Sports broadcaster Joy Taylor, alongside Skip Bayless and others, has been named in a 42-page lawsuit alleging multiple counts, including sexual harassment and battery. The lawsuit was filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who worked with the company from 2012 to August 2023.

Faraji claims in the suit that Taylor was having an affair with Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, who allegedly used his influence to secure Taylor her role on FS1.

Who is Joy Taylor?

Joy Taylor is an American media personality and television host, best known for her work with Fox Sports 1. Born on January 17, 1987, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Joy Taylor grew up with a passion for sports. She attended Barry University in Miami, Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications in 2009. During her time at Barry, she hosted her own radio show, “The Noise,” and served as the station manager for WBRY Radio.

Joy Taylor’s career with Fox

Taylor joined Fox Sports in 2016. She eventually became the moderator for the sports debate show “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” alongside Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. Her inclusion at that time surprised many, considering she had very little experience in sports broadcasting. In 2018, she transitioned to co-hosting “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” and also hosts her own podcast, “Maybe I’m Crazy.”

Joy Taylor’s controversy

In January 2025, Joy Taylor was named in a bombshell sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji. The lawsuit alleges that Taylor, along with other Fox employees, was complicit in a workplace environment rife with misconduct. Faraji claimed that Taylor told her to “get over it” after reporting unwanted advances from a Fox executive.

Joy Taylor was previously married to Richard Giannotti, a professional baseball player for the LA Angels, in 2016. However, the couple got divorced in 2017. Shortly after, she began a relationship with former NBA player and coach Earl Watson, and the couple got engaged in 2018. However, they called off their engagement in 2019. As of now, Joy Taylor is single.
