Who Is in Jannik Sinner’s Box for the Wimbledon Final? All About the Coaches, Family, and Friends Supporting Jannik Sinner at Wimbledon 2025 Final

Rudra Dubey

A closer look at the full support squad behind Jannik Sinner as he steps into his first-ever Wimbledon final.

Jannik Sinner is set to appear in his first Wimbledon final, a career milestone that comes after more than a year at the top of the ATP rankings. The 23-year-old Italian faces Carlos Alcaraz in what feels like a sequel to their epic Roland Garros final last month, where Sinner fell just short after nearly six hours of gripping tennis. With three Grand Slam titles already under his belt, including back-to-back Australian Opens in 2024 and 2025 and the 2024 US Open, he now has a shot at making grass-court history.

A doping suspension sidelined him for three months after Melbourne, and a surprise early exit in Halle raised questions. But a run to the Rome final and a composed Wimbledon campaign have reaffirmed his position at the top. As he steps onto Centre Court for one of the biggest matches of his career, who will be there supporting the world No. 1 at SW19?

Who is in Jannik Sinner’s box?

In Jannik Sinner’s box today will be coach Darren Cahill, Simone Vagnozzi, agent Alex Vittur, and father Johann Sinner, all of whom have played key roles in his journey to this moment.

Jannik Sinner’s Coaches

Jannik Sinner’s ascent to the top of men’s tennis has been guided by coaching duo Simone Vagnozzi and Darren Cahill. Vagnozzi, a former pro who once coached Marco Cecchinato, joined Sinner’s team in early 2022 following the split with longtime mentor Riccardo Piatti.

A few months later, veteran Australian coach Darren Cahill came on board, bringing with him years of experience from working with former world No. 1s like Lleyton Hewitt, Andre Agassi, and Simona Halep.

Rounding out the team are key figures who will be present at today’s Wimbledon: osteopath Andrea Cipolla, Dr. Riccardo Ceccarelli, known for his work with elite F1 drivers, and manager Alex Vittur.

Jannik Sinner’s Family

Jannik Sinner’s family has remained a quiet but constant presence throughout his rise. His father, Johann Sinner, was spotted in the stands during his semifinal clash against Novak Djokovic and is expected to be present again for the final. His mother, Siglinde, along with other close family members, is also likely to join him at Centre Court.

Jannik Sinner’s Friends

There is no confirmed information about Sinner’s friends attending today’s Wimbledon final. However, given the occasion and the significance of the match, it wouldn’t be surprising if a few familiar faces made their way into his player box.

My journey into sports media began far from the field, rooted in the arts and sciences. Funny enough, I didn’t grow up a sports fan; I used to see it all as just noise. But a fateful writing job introduced me to the world of sports, and what began as a gig quickly became a passion. I understood those voices aren’t noise; they’re emotions of true sports fans, and now I am one of them, writing with the same energy I once questioned.
