USC Trojans’ forward Kiki Iriafen was drafted by the Washington Mystics with the fourth overall pick at the 2025 WNBA draft. At USC, Iriafen put her leadership skills on display by taking the team’s reins in her hands when star JuJu Watkins got injured during the second round clash of the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Iriafen put on a stellar performance of 36 points, nine rebounds and two assists to lead the side to a stunning 96-59 win over Mississippi State.

Selected in the first round of the WNBA 2025 Draft, Iriafen had a strong 2024-25 season averaging 18.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. Before this season, she was a member of the Stanford Cardinals for three years, after joining them in 2021.

Iriafen made 33 appearances as a substitute with her former squad in her debut season and had the second-best shooting percentage on the squad. In her sophomore season, the 21-year-old made 35 appearances, which included 27 starts, and finished third in rebounds while fourth in scoring. The 2023-24 season turned out to be a breakthrough season for her when she finished with 19.4 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.

Iriafen was named to the All-Mission League Team for four years, and Mission League MVP in 2020 and 2021. She was also picked in the McDonald’s All-American and a Jordan Brand Classic All-American team as a senior.
