Kim Pegula and Terry Pegula are the parents of American tennis starlet Jessica Pegula. They gave birth to her on 24 February, 1994 in Buffalo, New York. Growing up, she was introduced to tennis by her family at the age of 7. Pegula has credited her parents for her sporting success on numerous occasions.

In addition to her parents, ‘Jess’ also has four siblings as a part of her family – Michael, Matthew, Laura and Kelly. Two of them are from her father’s first marriage.

Jessica Pegula’s father is Terrence (Terry) Pegula. He has worked in oil and gas for many years, as per WTATennis.com. Terry is also the owner of NFL franchise Buffalo Bills, as well as NHL side Buffalo Sabres. He has an estimated net worth of $8 billion.

Terry attended Penn State University, where he graduated in petroleum and natural gas engineering in the year 1973. After working at Getty Oil Co. and Felmont Oil Co. for some time, he founded East Resources Inc. in 1983. Eight years later, he met eventual wife Kim at a restaurant.

Kim Pegula is the mother of Jessica Pegula. She was born in Seoul, South Korea before getting adopted at the age of 5.
