The Denver Nuggets lost whenever Nikola Jokic scored 50 or more points in a game.
Nikola Jokic recorded the highest-scoring triple-double in NBA history during his 61-point outburst on Apr. 01 in the Nuggets’ overtime loss to the Timberwolves. The Serbian superstar shattered the previous record of his team-mate Russell Westbrook, who had 57 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists for the Thunder in 2017.
The Serbian superstar is setting a benchmark in the NBA and his consistent shooting makes him a legendary figure. He led the Nuggets to an NBA Championship for the first time in 2023 and also won the MVP honor three times. Jokic is updating his numbers with each season and we won’t be surprised if he surpass his 61-point performance record in the league.
