London giants Arsenal have been lighting up the Premier League. They currently occupy the top position of the standings after having raked up 25 points from 10 games with 8 wins and one draw, and loss apiece.

In their latest 2-0 win over Burnley, ace striker Victor Gyokeres was injured, which resulted in the Swedish player being subbed off at halftime. Prior to that, he scored his side’s opening goal in the 14th minute of the game.

Mikel Areta on Viktor Gyokeres Injury

“Before that (injury) it was I think one of the best games that he has played. Overall, I think his performance was exceptional. Apart from the goal, we had to take him off because he was feeling a little niggle. Muscular, so we have to wait and see,” Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said after Arsenal’s 2-0 away win over Burnley.

Gyokeres has had a decent start to his Premier League campaign this summer for the Gunners. In the 9 league games he has played thus far, he has managed to score 4 goals. However, if it has a major injury, then it could be a big problem for the London Reds.
