Miami Open 2025 – Top Four Men’s Seeds Have Tough Path to 2025 Miami Open Championship

The ATP Miami Masters is set to take place between 17-30 March 2025.

The second leg of the ‘Sunshine Double’ is well and truly back, as the 2025 Miami Open returns for its historic 40th edition. From 17-30 March 2025, fans get to witness jam packed action with the best players in the world taking centre stage. Although defending champion Jannik Sinner misses out due to a doping suspension, the likes of Alexander Zverev, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz are headlining the event. However, how does the draw shape up for each of them? It is unsurprisingly not going to be an easy path to the coveted trophy.

The Miami Open is played on the outdoor hard courts in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States of America. While the original plan of having a big tournament in Miami came up in the 1960s, it was in February 1985 that the first edition of the competition was organised in Delray Beach, Florida. Over the years, the Masters-1000 event evolved into the massive attraction that it is today. With over $18 million up for grabs in total, there’s a lot at stake.

Owing to World No. 1 Jannik Sinner’s absence, Alexander Zverev is the top seed at the 2025 Miami Open presented by Itaú. The German multiple-time Grand Slam finalist has been handed a bye in Round-1. On the other hand, his draw does not get any easier from there.
