Tied on 14-12, Timberwolves and Warriors would look to bounce back from their previous defeats.
The most exciting weekend action is back in NBA as we have 12 matchups on Saturday night. The most challenging fixture is between Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves. Both sides are tied on 14-12 in the West and are looking to bounce back.
Timberwolves enter the fixture back of a 133-107 loss to Knicks and snapped their three-game winning streak at home. Minnesota are now averaging 109.7 points per game, but their big strength has been at the other end, where they are allowing just 106.6 PPG, fourth-best in the NBA.
On the other hand, the Warriors will be looking to get out of their slump in the NBA after facing a 53-point blowout loss against Memphis Grizzlies. Steve Kerr’s side are 4-10 through last 14 games and dropped five straight games on the road.
Timberwolves always have been a bogey team for Warriors over the last couple of years. Warriors ended the four-game losing streak against Minnesota with a home win this month. However, Golden State are on a three-game losing streak since 114-106 win at Chase Center.
