Gulshan Sharma

The Los Angeles Lakers will rest their key players for the playoffs.

The NBA regular season is going to wind up on Sunday as the Los Angeles Lakers will meet the Portland Trail Blazers in the 82nd game of the season. The Lakers have already clinched the playoffs and despite a loss on Sunday, they will finish third in the West. Ahead of the playoffs, this matchup will help JJ Redick provide some preparation for bench players.

On the flip side, the Trail Blazers are eliminated from the playoff race with a 35-46 record. Portland has gone 3-7 in their last ten games and missed out an opportunity to lock a Play-In Tournament spot. The Trail Blazers improved from the last season and won 35 games this season.
