Suns: Big names, small returns

The Phoenix Suns will come into the game after a 3-point Overtime loss against the Memphis Grizzlies despite a 28-point effort by Devin Booker. They have lost two in a row and hold a disappointing 2-9 record in February. The trio of Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal hasn’t been able to figure out how to close out games and their defense hasn’t been up-to-the mark either. In February, they have given up 126.4 points per game thus far, the worst effort in the league during the month. Their rebounding has been in tatters too as they have allowed 14.2 offensive rebounds per game in Feb, again the worst performance.

Pelicans: More questions than answers

They have won three of their last four games, but they are 3-11 in their last 14 games. The situation is dire because even their franchise face Zion Williamson hasn’t been the answer. The squad has a 6-15 record with the Pelicans forward, showing the appalling lack of depth around him. It has a lot to do with the departure of Brandon Ingram and the absence of Dejounte Murray, but there are doubts about their direction overall.
