Slowly but surely, we are counting down towards the 2025-26 NFL season opener, which is set to take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Defending Super Bowl Champions, the Philadelphia Eagles are set to take on their NFC East rivals, the Dallas Cowboys.

Prior to kickoff, the atmosphere inside the Eagles’ stadium will be electric as the team unveils and raises its second Super Bowl banner, setting the tone for what should be a classic rivalry game.

The Cowboys will, however, enter the game as big underdogs at +7.5. Having lost star pass rusher Micah Parsons just days ahead of their season opener won’t make things any easier. As for the Eagles, they will be looking to pick up from where they left off in New Orleans back in February. But before the game itself, here is a look at the injury reports of both teams.

Dallas Cowboys Injury Report for Game against Philadelphia Eagles

Preparations for the Dallas Cowboys are in full swing, and with that, the team dropped its first official injury report of the new season during Monday’s Labor Day practice session.

The Cowboys listed only four players on their official injury report, but defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey is the only one who didn’t practice due to a back injury.

Tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford, suffering from an ankle injury, was a full participant on Monday, but the best news for the Cowboys is that All-Pro corner Trevon Diggs and starting left tackle Tyler Guyton were both listed as full participants.

Philadelphia Eagles Injury Report for Game vs Dallas Cowboys

Philadelphia will be ready to go for the week 1 matchup against Dallas, as they also released their first injury report of the new season on Labor Day Monday.

The biggest name on the list was that of starting guard Landon Dickerson, who did not practice due to a back injury. Backup quarterback Tanner McKee was also a non-participant due to a thumb injury.

Safety Andrew Mukuba and edge rusher Joshua Uche were both limited participants due to hamstring and groin issues, respectively, while defensive tackle Jalen Carter was a full participant.

Both teams will continue their practice sessions ahead of Thursday’s game, and we will get a better idea of where players are as we progress through the week. In any case, there are no significant injuries to worry about for both teams for the moment.
