Dembele who scored his 35th goal of the campaign has had an excellent season with PSG. Leading them to a dominating Ligue 1 victory and the final four of the UCL, the winger has been an important figure in their success.
Speaking on Dembele’s injury situation, Enrique addressed the media by saying he was in discomfort with his leg. Talking more about his injury situation and his return, Enrique in his post-game interview said:
“Ousmane Dembélé will undergo tests on Wednesday. It does not look like a serious injury, but we will check for the return game”.
PSG Captain Achraf Hakimi also talked about having a chat with Dembele as he addressed the media:
“I spoke to Dembélé, I think he is fine and it was just a bit of fatigue.”

In what was being speculated as a hamstring injury, comments from the manager and teammates suggest otherwise. With Enrique aiming for his return next week, Dembele’s discomfort should be a minor setback. However, the French capital will be all eyes on Injury reports from later this week.
Arsenal will head Parc des Princes with one goal trailing next week. With PSG’s stellar home record this season, Mikel Arteta and his side will be asked of no less than heroics to turn the tide. Additionally, Arsenal will only be the third club in history to qualify for the finals after losing the first leg if they manage to do so.
