Novak Djokovic will kick off his campaign in the ATP Geneva Open 2025 with a round-of-16 clash against the former champion of this event, Marton Fucsovics. The 24-time major champion received a second-round bye in the competition, while the Hungarian ace got better of Zizou Bergs in straight sets to reach the final-16. Marking their sixth meeting, Fucsovics would look to find first victory against the Serbian legend.

Novak Djokovic entered in the Geneva Open after parting ways with his coach Andy Murray. The former No. 1 in ATP rankings is on a three-game losing streak and failed to win a single career title this year. He came close to the glory in Miami Open but lost in the final. If Fucsovics drops his best version on Wednesday, he can bother Djokovic and win at least one set.
