The Bills are once again huge favorites in week 4 with a game against the Saints!
If week 2 of the NFL season was one full of injuries, the headline for week 3 was the field goals and all the drama associated with them. Four games from the past week were decided by teams kicking a walk-off field goal in the end.
There were also a total of 4 blocked field goals, three of which happened inside the final two minutes of the game, something that last happened in 1990. There were other surprises along the way as well, such as the Panthers’ 30-0 win over the Falcons, the Bears’ 31-14 win over the Cowboys, and the special performance from Vikings’ cornerback Isaiah Rodgers in their thrashing of the Bengals.
Now, however, it is time to look ahead to week 4. There is another slate of 16 games to look forward to, starting with Thursday Night Football (TNF) featuring the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks.
Heading into week 4, the Buffalo Bills are once again massive favorites in their matchup against the New Orleans Saints at -16.5. After their sensational performance against the Ravens in week 3, the Lions are now huge favorites against the Browns with a spread of -8.5, and the Texans are 7.5-point favorites over the Titans.
As for the moneyline, the Bills are -1800, the Lions hold a -500 line, and the Texans are at -355. The Broncos are also -355 over the Bengals.
Now, let us take a look at the betting odds as per FanDuel for all week 4 matchups, along with the predictions.

|---|---|---|---|
| Carolina Panthers | +198 | +5.5 (-110) | O 43.5 (-105) |
| New England Patriots | -240 | -5.5 (-110) | U 43.5 (-115) |

An interesting matchup as the Colts are surprising one and all with their 3-0 start. That said, all their wins have come against teams with a losing record, so this will be a good test for them. The Rams will be looking to bounce back after letting slip a big third-quarter lead over the Eagles in week 3.

|---|---|---|---|
| Indianapolis Colts | +152 | +3.5 (-112) | O 49.5 (-106) |

Two teams that have a surprising losing record heading into week 4 at 1-2. One of them will fall to 1-3, putting their season at much risk. Baltimore is recently coming off a deflating loss against the Lions, while the Chiefs earned their first win against the Giants in New York.

|---|---|---|---|
| Baltimore Ravens | -146 | -2.5 (-118) | O 48.5 (-115) |

|---|---|---|---|
| Green Bay Packers | -335 | -6.5 (-120) | O 47.5 (-110) |
| Dallas Cowboys | +265 | +6.5 (-102) | U 47.5 (-110) |

| Miami Dolphins | -154 | -2.5 (-120) | U 44.5 (-108) |
Prediction: Dolphins win and cover the spread.
Despite being 2-1, the Bengals are in a bad spot with Joe Burrow’s turf toe injury. They lost in a terrible manner to the Vikings in week 3. Denver, on the other hand, may be a tad unlucky to be 1-2 with a couple of close losses to the Colts and the Chargers last time around.
| Moneyline | Spread | Total Points | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cincinnati Bengals | +285 | +7.5 (-115) | O 43.5 (-115) |
| Denver Broncos | -355 | -7.5 (-105) | U 43.5 (-105) |
