Matthew Stafford and the Rams fought till the end but the Eagles flew a bit too high from their reach. The Eagles have now won 7 games in a row and are 9-2 through week 12, with a 5-1 record in away games. The Rams are 5-6, with a 3-3 record at home. The Eagles started the game slow with a field goal in the first quarter. Matthew Stafford and co. answered back with a touchdown as they led Q1 with a score of 7-3. Barkley is having the time of his life. From telling the reporters that this is the best he has ever felt in his career to blowing kisses to the crowd; it doesn’t get any better for Number 26.
Eagles HC Nick Sirianni heaped praise on Barkley and told him that this is the game they wanted from him. The ex-Giants running back rushed for 255 yards for 2 electrifying touchdowns. He also set the Eagles franchise record for most rushing yards in a game.

Jalen Hurts deserves a mention too. The Eagles QB1 made NFL history as he has had 15 career games with 2+ rushing touchdowns, most by a quarterback in the NFL. He also has the most rushing touchdowns (9) over a span of 5 games through week 7-11. RB Kenneth Gainwell also recorded his first touchdown of the season for the Eagles.

The Eagles were the favorites to win the game but the Rams did start the game well in front of the home crowd. A Kyren Williams touchdown in Q1 after 9 plays for 70 yards, things were looking good as they led 7-3. But it all went downhill for the Rams when the Eagles offense pushed harder.
The Eagles defense kept them quiet for almost 20 minutes, before a pass from Stafford was collected by Demarcus Robinson on a 8-play,70 yards drive. Another beautiful 27-yard pass from Matthew Stafford found Cooper Rush for a touchdown with 1:07 remaining in the game. But it came a bit too late for the Rams.
