Mohamed Diawara, born on April 29, 2005, in Paris, France, is a French professional basketball player. He is 2.06 m (6 ft 9 in) tall and weighs 102 kg (225 lb), playing primarily as a power forward. Diawara began his professional career in 2021. His career history includes playing for Paris Basketball from 2021 to 2024, with a stint at Poitiers Basket 86 during the 2023-2024 season. He then moved to Cholet Basket for the 2024-2025 season. In the 2025 NBA Draft, Diawara was selected as the 51st overall pick in the second round by the Los Angeles Clippers. He later secured a one-year rookie contract with the New York Knicks, where he is currently playing. He is considered an NBA rookie. One of the highlights of his career includes being a EuroCup champion in 2024.
